Direct Marketing:
We have an extensive list of potential buyers looking for properties of all kinds in all locations. When we have a new property for sale, we don’t just text them, or send them a list. We telephone them and talk to them, and sell your property to them!

Offers:
When we find a buyer for your property and we agree a price with you, we don’t stop there. We qualify the buyers ability to purchase to ensure that time isn’t wasted on frivolous offers. We check their chain with other agents, we talk to their Mortgage Advisors, get sight of Agreements in Principle from lenders, ask to see proof of funds, whatever is necessary to show their ability to buy. Of course, sales still fall through – but nothing like as many!

Sale:
Once a sale is agreed, we keep in constant touch with the other agents, solicitors, financial advisors and everyone else involved in the process to ensure that the second most stressful experience in life is as gentle as possible!

Conveyancing
