Our objective is to make what is reputedly the second most stressful activity run as smoothly as possible. In addition to the services we offer in the sale of your property (see the Sell Your Property page) , we offer

• Conveyencing: If you haven't appointed a solicitor, we can arrange for one that we recommend to call you to discuss your sale or purchase;
• Survey: If you want a survey or structural report for a property that you are thinking of buying (whether from us or someone else), we can put you in touch with an Chartered Surveyor, who is entirely independent of us or anyone else.
• Timber and Damp report: If your lender or surveyor has recommended an inspection, or if you have your own concerns, we can arrange that for you
• Garden Maintenance: If you would like your garden tided up for any reason - we know a man who can.
• Carpenter: Need a new kitchen fitted? Sticky doors re-hung? Broken stuff mended?
• House Moving: If you need a removal firm to help you in moving house, we can help.

 *Swinscoes will act as an introducer and will arrange for someone to contact you to discuss in detail your requirements. If you choose to take the service, the contract (implied or explict) will be between you and the service provider. Swinscoe's will not charge you any fee for the service, and will accept no liability for the execution of the service.
